We are proud to say that year 2010 is Lean Applied’s third year organizing Lean Six Sigma summit for GLC and Government bodies. This summit  goal is to become a respected platform in South East Asia region as the most sought after process excellence meeting of minds.

Specially tailored for Government Linked Companies (GLCs’), Government Owned Companies (GOC’s) and Government bodies, this year’s summit brings to audience the scenario and the quantum possibilities of Malaysia’s economic outlook as a direct result of KPI’s alignment in totality. At this summit, outcomes and case studies by Government Bodies, GOC’s, GLC’s, MNC companies that had successfully internalized innovation and business improvement into their organizations will be uncovered and valuable insights of struggle and victory as a crucial part of this summit.

In addition to our event last year, participation at this year’s summit includes Government Bodies, GLC’s as well as MNC’s.  This platform would really be beneficial for KPI alignment through implementation of continuous improvement deployments and initiatives through sharing and benchmark sessions planned as part of the summit’s agenda.

Today, leading companies are adopting Lean Six Sigma to spur Continuous Improvement Process within organization and attempts are being made to heighten the impact of such efforts. Fortune 500 organization Petronas, and GLCs such as MAHB and Maybank have already deployed Lean Six Sigma to drive continuous improvement culture where Lean Six Sigma helps streamline many of the tedious organization hurdles necessary to do business on a day to day basis. And we are proud to say that deployments in these organizations have been done by Lean Applied beginning in 2006.
