Lean Applied’s Mentoring Program is to ensure the transfer of knowledge for using the Lean and Six Sigma tools turns into reality. Lean Applied’s Master Black Belt will assist the selected Practitioners and/or project team(s) in planning, developing, and execution of Lean Six Sigma Tools. Most importantly, Lean Applied’s Master Black Belt will support the team and its members in:

• Acquiring the correct data, information,
• Applying the correct tools and techniques for analysis
• Provide solutions
• Review the results, and
• Update the policy deployment format before the management review.
