Lean Six Sigma Practitioner
(Selangor - UEP Subang Jaya)
Responsibilities:
You will be challenged by:
- Consulting on the leadership and management of corporate change initiatives, communications, training and other support programs that will effectively prepare client staff to perform optimally.
- Delivering quality products that are both technically appropriate and able to be implemented within the client environment. Leadership in the development and usage of strategy models using cross-functional teams.
- Development, execution and maintenance of the project work plan and budget.
Ability to examine 'go to market' business strategies and tactics working with senior management. Successfully maintain high-level client relationships and meeting/exceeding client expectations. Identify and develop value-added service opportunities.
Day to day Job Responsibilities include:
- Lead instruction and coaching of client black belt candidates in Lean Six Sigma and Design for Lean Six Sigma.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to client black belt candidates as they lead DFSS improvement projects and generate client results.
- On occasion, deliver executive training, champion training, black belt training and green belt training.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree or Doctorate (PhD) in any field.
Required skill(s): Six Sigma Black Belt (preferably ASQ Certification), Minitab, SigmaXL SigmaFlow.
Preferred skill(s): Training, Researching, Writing.
Preferred Experience(s):
- Broad-based client delivery skill in various industries (preferably Financial Institutions).
- Prior experience training Black Belts and/or Green Belts.
- Prior external consulting experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Perform well in a high-energy, team oriented environment.
